Agreement
By creating a MonoHelp account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and MonoHelp.
The service
MonoHelp provides an AI-assisted customer support inbox. We route inbound emails to your account, use AI to triage and draft replies, and let you approve and send those replies. The service is provided "as is" and we may update or change features over time.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You may not share your account with others outside of the team member invite system.
- You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to enter into contracts to use MonoHelp.
Acceptable use
You may not use MonoHelp to:
- Send spam, unsolicited email, or harassing communications.
- Process data you do not have the right to process.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the service.
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Impersonate any person or organisation.
Billing and plans
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually depending on your selection.
- Free trials last 14 days. No credit card is required to start a trial.
- You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
- We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
- We may change plan pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Your data
You own your data. We process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data or use your ticket content to train AI models.
AI-generated content
MonoHelp uses AI to generate draft replies. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is sent to your customers. We are not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated drafts. Always review before sending.
Uptime and availability
We aim to keep MonoHelp available but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, failed email delivery, or service interruptions. For mission-critical support infrastructure, maintain a backup process.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MonoHelp's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email before material changes take effect. Continued use of MonoHelp after changes constitutes acceptance.
